How Do People Survive With Their Dysfunction

With dysfunction eventually comes disease/dis-ease. In the end it is also dependent on how resilient you are. Survival of the fittest.  Fittest meaning not strong but healthy and resilient: adaptable. How well do you weather the storms of daily life, physically, mentally and spiritually?

Your body is intelligent and compensates very well. Always in search of homeostasis. How long it can do that for is a sign of your resilience. Once the rivers stop flowing within and through any of its many systems it relies on, then tissue death and disease can set in. Motion is lotion. So as much as possible, keep your structural health and keep the rivers of circulation flowing smoothly throughout your entire system (including the brain!) so that your body is getting what it needs to auto-regulate and self heal behind the scenes of daily life. Physical health can dictate  mental health, physical health can support and motivate spiritual health. Spiritual health supports mental and miraculously improve physical health. Mental health runs the engine of physical health. Can you see how they are not interchangeable but interdependent. And Breath being key to the Integration of it all. This will help dictate how resilient you will be.
